What is the application fee?

The application fee is $50 per adult applicant. Background checks will be conducted with application fee.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes. The security deposit is $400.

Is there an administration fee?

Yes. The administration fee is $100.

Is parking available?

Underground parking is available for $85 a space and surface lot spaces are free.

Is storage available?

Residential storage is available for $35 per month.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, we do allow pets; 2 pets per apartment. Residents must pay a non-refundable pet fee of $350 upon initial move-in. Pet rent for dogs is $50 per month and $35 per month for cats. Breed restrictions apply.

What are my options for paying my rent?

Do you offer flexible lease terms?

Yes! We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 6 – 15 months. Pricing may vary based on lease term selected.

Is smoking allowed at Lyra?

No. Lyra is a smoke-free community.

What utilities am I responsible for?

Residents are responsible for the cost of all utilities. Utilities are billed to the resident directly from the property, along with their rent. Gas and electric are individually metered. Water, sewer, and trash are formula-based (by apartment size and number of occupants). Residents benefit from a building-wide bulk-Internet discounted rate provided by Comcast. An Internet charge of $30 will be added to Residents’ monthly rent for in-home 100 Mbps high-speed Internet services. Cable services are available through Comcast.
